When you installed multiple versions of Windows on your computer, you’ll get a menu asking which versions you’d like to launch while booting. This waits up to 30 seconds by default, that’s too long selecting the default choice. Just launch ‘MSCONFIG.EXE’, click the “Boot’ tab and set the Time-out figure to, for example, 8 or 10 second instead.
